We are part of the Savills Group, the international property consultants founded in 1855. We offer a

average loan size is more than ₤300,000. As

There will be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend
upon your circumstances and loan amount, We estimate that the fee for UK
mortgages will be 0.75% of the amount borrowed and for international
mortgages 0.87% of the amount borrowed. In addition, for international
mortgages a non refundable fee may be payable to SPF upon application.
The value of property may fall as well as rise.
