As another addition

International Web Realty, we are please to announce the addition of Savills
Private Services to the ranks of our service providers.
Savills Private Finance are part of the
Savills Group, the international property consultants founded in 1855. They
offer a personalised service to clients whose mortgage requirements are
managed from start to finish. This helps explain why they arranged over ₤3
billion of mortgage finance, including more than 390 ₤1m-plus mortgages, in
2006. Their average loan size is more than ₤300,000. As well as organising
residential and buy-to-let mortgages in the UK, they also arrange mortgage
finance overseas.
