Two rental pool options are available.
Purchasers can opt for an 8% guaranteed fixed rental return* or a variable
return based on usage.
8% p.a. Guaranteed Rental Return for up to 10 years*
* 8% p.a. rental return is guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years, mutually
renewable thereafter, up to a maximum of 10 years. Personal use of your
property is permitted which will alter the annual returns.
WATER SPORTS
